Snake Eyes

“Green is the prime color of the world, and that from which its loveliness arises”

-Pedro Calderon de La Barca

Hello my lovelies!

This definitely isn’t the most exciting makeup look in history, but I wanted to put it up anyway. As I noted in the last post, green has been kind of a bear to work with. It’s an awesome color with so much potential, but trying to visualize these green masterpieces has been a huge challenge.

I definitely have a lot better to give for the rest of this week, but sometimes it’s nice to have a little back-to-basics lesson. Luckily, I like a challenge and have one more eye look up my sleeve.

I know that it’s ultimately just a green winged liner, but this is also probably the most wearable way to incorporate a significant amount of green.  We’re all capable of putting a little green on the lower lashline, and I still think that’s a fantastic way to incorporate color, but it’s also 2018 and I think it’s time to go bold.

As I’ve mentioned previously, I will be gone starting tomorrow for my RAW Artists show. I still have Friday’s blog post scheduled and going live at the usual 11 a.m. CT, but I wont be able to have much contact with all of you across my social media channels. With that being said, wish me luck and I’ll see you next week!

That’s all I have for you guys today. Please remember to like, comment, and subscribe, it really helps me out. Also don’t forget to have a wonderful Wednesday!

Stay beautiful!
