Hello my lovelies!
This is the second part to my skincare miniseries. You might notice it’s fairly similar to my previous daytime routine, and that’s because it is! I don’t love changing up too much between the two, since I’m so oily, and this is just what works for me.
Let’s get started:
- CLEANSER – As I stated in my daytime post, I switch up my facial cleanser, depending on whether I’m washing my hair or not in the shower. I use the Yes To Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Cleanser (buy here), If I’m not washing my hair that night (which is most times), and the Lush Cosmetics Herbalism Cleanser (buy here), If I am washing my hair.
- TONER – Once again, I use my same Thayers Witch Hazel with Lavender Toner (buy here), to help with my redness and overall acne issues. I generously distribute this with a cotton pad all over my face, neck, and chest if I have any breakouts.
- EYE CREAM – For nighttime, I want a bit of a heavier eye cream to help with my under eye dryness. I use the First Aid Beauty Eye Duty Triple Remedy Overnight Balm (buy here) to help with that. I do NOT recommend using this during the day, even if you are dry under your eyes like myself, especially if you plan on wearing makeup.
- MOISTURIZER – This moisturizer is (I think) meant for daytime use, but since I ran out of my night moisturizer and switched to a different daytime moisturizer, I’ve graduated this Yes To Tomatoes Daily Balancing Moisturizer (buy here) to my nighttime routine. I don’t absolutely love it because it is a cream based moisturizer, but it does the job well enough.
